Requirements

• Post Graduate in Management or Equivalent
• Total Experience of 8 to 10 years
• Industry Experience of 3 to 4 years
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative numerical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Handling and managing sales & marketing operations to drive business volumes.
• Identifying and generating business from new customers and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.
• Operation Management of branches while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and timely deliverables within cost and quality parameters.
• Supervising and monitoring of overall activities related to operations, administration, sales, collection, etc. while ensuring to achieve business targets.
• Formulating reports and presentation while ensuring accuracy.
• Supervising & monitoring the performance of staff/team members/professionals to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
• Efficiently arranging training sessions to keep SOP’s compliance and skill levels of employees up to date.
