Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• Total Experience of 3 to 5 years
• Industry Experience of 2 to 3 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic IT skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Result Areas

• Handling and managing complete operations of the branch while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Building and maintaining relations with customers and providing them quality service to enhance sales growth.
• Supervising and monitoring of overall activities related to Sales and Credit Control.
• Supervising & monitoring the performance of staff/team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of targets.
• Efficiently arranging training sessions to keep SOP’s compliance and skill levels of employees up to date.
