Requirements

• Post Graduate in Management
• Total Experience of 12 to 15 years
• Industry Experience of 5 to 7 years
• Strong working knowledge of the assigned territory
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong numerical skills and understanding of financial reporting
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills

Key Result Areas

• Handling and managing sales & marketing operations and devising business development strategies to drive business volumes.
• Identifying and generating business from new customers and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.
• Network Expansion and Management.
• Operation Management of branches and transshipment while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and timely deliverables within cost and quality parameters.
• Supervising and monitoring of overall activities related to vendor management, operations, administration, sales, collection, etc. while ensuring to achieve business targets.
• Formulating reports and presentation while ensuring accuracy.
• Supervising & monitoring the performance of staff/team members/professionals to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
• Efficiently arranging training sessions to keep SOP’s compliance and skill levels of employees up to date.
